If upon receiving your Hexamove, you find they are not charging, turning on nor pairing to your device, please check that the small transparent plastic film that is covering the gold connectors on each earbud has been removed. The earbuds will not charge (and thus not turn on nor pair) until the plastic film has been removed and the earbuds placed back in the case to charge.

Before using the earbuds for the first time, please follow these steps to charge your Hexamove and begin the Bluetooth pairing.

  1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and peel the transparent insulating film off each earbud.

Crossfade Series

As the ear cup housings on the M-200 are larger and flatter, so must the shields be. The M-200 shields therefore have a larger ‘safe space’ where we can color print or laser engrave your design or logo, but are currently not available for 3D printing. Please note that the Over-Ear Shield Kit is not compatible with the M-200.

Make sure the mute button is switched off, and that the volume knob is turned up. If using with a Windows PC that has separate audio-out and mic-in jacks, make sure you're using the provided VoIP adapter when connecting to the computer (see more below).

Yes they are, please visit our accessories section to purchase extra pairs.

Make sure you have the 45-degree plug inserted into your device (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.) and the straight end plug inserted into your headphones. You may also want to make sure your headphone socket on your device is clean and clear of debris.

First, try both cords (if provided), making sure the 45-degree angled plug is plugged into your device and not your headphones. Second, test the headphones on multiple devices if possible. If the problem persists, please contact our Six-Star team.

To relieve the pressure, you can stretch the headband by bending it outwards (placing hands on the ends of the headband - not the ear cups). You may repeat this process until you're happy with a looser fit. You can also bend the headband inwards to make a tighter fit.

While Crossfade Wireless and Crossfade M-100 share the same driver, Crossfade Wireless have been tuned differently due to the internal VAMP amplifier. Crossfade Wireless is perceived as more “bass heavy” than Crossfade M-100. Crossfade 2 Wireless Codex Edition feature a new driver with Japanese CCAW coil which enables them to support Hi-Res Audio in wired mode. Crossfade M-100 Master share the same driver as Crossfade 2 Wireless Codex Edition, but have been tuned differently for a more sophisticated pure analog sound signature, ideal for critical listening and live mixing. Lastly, the M-200 have been tuned by Roland engineers to be V-MODA’s first reference studio headphones, producing the most balanced and neutral sound of our entire range. The M-200 ANC meanwhile have a warm, inviting, spacious sound signature with deep, precise bass and well-defined mids and pristine highs. The sound EQ can also be customized in the V-MODA app. M-200 ANC also have built-in hybrid active noise cancellation to neutralize any outside disturbances.

The Crossfade LP2 are part of our "Live Series" with heavy bass, while the Crossfade M-100 are part of our "Modern Audiophile" M-Class with more refined mids and highs. Crossfade M-100 Master is the next step in the evolution of the Crossfade M-100, featuring certified Hi-Res Audio for a more sophisticated pure analog sound signature. M-200 meanwhile is a reference studio headphone. Its balanced tonal range and audio accuracy make the M-200 the best choice for the cleanest and most precise sound when composing, mixing and mastering.

Yes, the BoomPro microphone will work out of the box (no adapter needed) with the Sony PlayStation 4. Just plug the 45-degree plug into the headphone jack on the Dualshock 4 controller, and the other end into your headphones.

Most headphones that have a female 3.5mm (1/8") jack on the ear cup should work, as long as the straight plug on the BoomPro is able to be fully plugged in and make full contact. Headphones that use 2.5mm size jacks will not work (and may not work even with 2.5mm to 3.5mm (1/8") adapters).

M-200, Crossfade M-100 Master, Crossfade 2 Wireless Codex Edition, Crossfade 2 Wireless, Crossfade Wireless, Crossfade M-100, Crossfade LP2, XS, Crossfade M-80, V-80, and Crossfade LP.

No, they’re not. M-200 ANC cushions are 27% thicker and designed to produce total sound balance with comfortable reverbs. This is due to M-200 ANC's difference in engineering and weight.

M-200 ANC takes its name from the inspiration for its build, the M-200. The inspiration comes from the style and quality, not the sound!

M-200 ANC is built in the same style and with the same level of quality as the M-200: they are the same size except for the ear cushions, which are a little larger on the M-200 ANC. M-200 ANC also weighs 30g (1.1oz) more than M-200 due to the built-in ANC technology and battery.

The default level is set at the maximum (10). If you would like to adjust it, you can do so via the V-MODA App.

Yes, M-200 ANC will remember the last EQ preset you used on the app.

Yes, you can adjust the active noise cancellation strength on the app in wired mode.

They are adjustable in 5 frequency ranges between 31.5 Hz and 8 kHz.

We tuned M-200 ANC's sound using M-200 as a reference, and we added a little more color for fun everyday listening. We kept the resolution, L/R sound positioning and the overall sound balance of the M-200 but added subtle touches such as a comfortable reverb for a more relaxed and characterful listening experience.

Yes, the V-MODA App is available for both iOS (on the App Store) and Android (on the Google Play Store)

We recommend using a 5A type adapter which is commonly used for charging smartphones. Even if you use a larger adapter with higher voltage, there is a safety function on M-200 ANC to curb charging and protect against any heat damage.

The best setting depends on whatever you’re listening to. V-MODA recommends starting with NO EQ modifications and with ANC ON (default setting) as a starting point, and then adjusting the EQ from there with the app to find the setting that’s right for you in the moment. M-200 ANC’s superb engineering will guarantee that any EQ setting will produce high quality sound!

The app will connect with M-200 ANC. If a firmware update is available, you will be notified on the screen with a red circle dot. If you are still unable to complete pairing after following the above procedure, please follow the next steps before trying again. 1. Perform a pairing history reset by pressing and holding the Volume Up and Down buttons at the same time until the power button LED begins to flash. 2. Turn M-200 ANC off. 3. Close the V-MODA app . 4. M-200

The balanced cable will only work with balanced-IN/OUT audio systems. Similar to Bluetooth codecs, both the audio source and the audio output need to be fully compatible to benefit from a high quality connection via a balanced cable.

For headphones which have the TwistLock mechanism (M-200, Crossfade M-100 Master and Crossfade M-100), insert the balanced cable jack into the input and turn counterclockwise to secure it in place.
